Dunlop Adhesive’s preparation, adhesion, grouting and finishing products supplied by Building Adhesives Limited are guaranteed to
be free from manufacturing defects and, when applied, to remain fit for the use for which they are specified by us for 10
years from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions
Conditions
The Dunlop Adhesive 10 Year Guarantee applies provided that the following conditions are met:-
- Dunlop Adhesive’s preparation, adhesion, grouting and finishing products must always be used in conjunction with the guidelines, product information and technical data specified by us. Our instructions, which are current at the time of purchase, must be strictly adhered to and good working practice must always be followed.
- The installation must be properly maintained and not be subject to any abnormal conditions. It must also not have suffered any improper use or neglect and no corrective work must take place unless written agreement is received from us prior to commencement of the work.
- Storage instructions detailed on the product packaging must be strictly adhered to and products must have been used within their specified shelf life.
- Any failure must be reported to us immediately. In order to investigate a claim, any information or assistance that is requested by us must be provided.
- Our products must not be used in conjunction with products from any other manufacturer, unless validated by us beforehand.
LIABILITY
Our liability under this guarantee includes:-
- The reasonable cost of materials (including replacement product)
- The reasonable cost of labour (excluding travel costs) incurred during corrective work
Our liability under this guarantee excludes:-
- Consequential direct or indirect loss, including but not limited to:
- Wasted time, materials and expenditure
- Loss of use, profit, production, revenue, expected savings or goodwill
This guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of consumers.
