No minimum or maximum quantities in place and no restrictions on how many receipts can be uploaded during the promotional period.

 

  1. How to Participate

To qualify for bonus points:

  1. Eligible products must be purchased during the Promotion Period.
  2. Valid proof of purchase must be uploaded to the GivBax Rewards platform within 60 days of the receipt or invoice date.
  3. Uploaded receipts or invoices must clearly show:
    • Retailer or merchant name
    • Purchase date
    • Product details
    • Quantity purchased

We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify any claim.

  1. Points Allocation

Bonus points will be awarded in accordance with the campaign product list and applied to verified qualifying purchases only.

There is:

  • No minimum purchase quantity
  • No maximum purchase quantity
  • No limit to the number of receipts or invoices that may be uploaded during the Promotion Period
  1. Exclusions

The following purchases will not qualify for bonus points:

  • Products not included within the official campaign product list
  • Purchases made outside the Promotion Period
  • Receipts uploaded more than 60 days after the receipt or invoice date
  • Incomplete, illegible, duplicate or fraudulent claims
  1. General
    All claims for extra points will be verified before being awarded and fraudulent claims, including those from non-eligible GivBax members, will not be processed. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other GivBax Rewards points offer. We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or suspend this promotion at any point during the promotional period without notice or explanation. We will only do this in exceptional circumstances or where high levels of fraud or scheme abuse are detected.

We reserve the right to:

  • Verify all claims and supporting documentation
  • Refuse or remove points where fraud, misuse or breach of these terms is suspected
  • Amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
